I AM using internet service for more than 3 years. I have requested for shifting of connection from vakil new street, madurai to viswanathapuram madurai du;ring ju;ne/july. Due to internal administrative delays, connection was shifted/transferred only in august end. Date of activation was also not informed. Accidentaly I checked connection on 16.9.10 and found working. I used it for 3 days. Aferwards, connetion was blocked for nonpayment of rental arrears. REnt was not paid beca;use connection was not used during july, august 10. and shifting/transfer of connection was delayed by Airtel

They agreed to settle for RS1800 for arrears rent upto 25.8.10 which was paid with shifting charges of Rs 300.

now still they claim rent arrears of RS1211 and also going to claim rent for aug/sept 10 during which time, connection was blcoked and was not in use byme. Actually I have to pay rent only from intimation of date of activation because I am not a daily user/operator. I am agreeable to pay rent ffrom 25.9.10 onwards though I am using net only from today. Justice and prudence should prevail.
