Not dissconect the fixed line as request was already registered and confirmed

On 18-20 sept we requested for closing of my fixed/broadband connection and the request was confirmed. We have already paid the last bill by m-check for Rs 927/- on 14 Oct vide receipt no-OC28302679.It is shocking that bills are being sent despite the request for closure of account number.

PLEASE TERMINATE THE CONNECTIONS FORTH WITH AS WE HAVE GOT TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE

INDIA AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EITHER USE THE CONNECTION OR PAY FOR IT.
