On 03-12-10 at 8.35 a.m. I paid Rs.1956/- to Airtel thru my ICICI Bank a/c.net banking and the transaction id 0192104368 was displayed on my screen as payment made to indiaideas.com for my Airtel Broadband & Telephone connection 03340069419 due on 07-12-10 but after some delay the message displayed on Airtel website was: “ Payment unsuccessful / cancelled. Please try after some time”, whereas my ICICI Bank account is showing the debit entry for that amount. Please resolve the issue and arrange to credit the amount to my Airtel bill account immediately failing which I will not accept any penalty or disconnection of services by Airtel.
