My name is amit sharma landline no was 011-42151271, on 14 oct i have compliant that i called to disconnect my internet connection not landline but no response, after that i call again than promised that it will be done, again what happend you disconnect my landline which does not have outgoing and incomeing, and after that you have taken my landline from my home, i call to your supervisor he promised me to solve this problem in 7 days means 22 nov, but again i got a call from your side we will come within 7 days, my father age is 76, my mon 67, i am shifted to pune, why u have taken my landline as i have security deposit in this? and you Know how much my father bothers into this now he apply for MTNL landline only beceuse of your CCE are not serious and i want my money back because you include the internet charges, me and mine was so much tense you do not reliaze i will go into the Consumer Court with the entire matter that how disturbing the coustmer to teach a lesson that how bad service you have
