Fake Billing from Your side : (Account ID- 14861915)

This mail is in regard to fake billing from Airtels side.

I had an Airtel Land Line Connection (Phone number - 0120-4206412 Account ID- 14861915) with the interment facility till last year September 25. I was going out for a year, so I had the connection cut, and paid all the dues before leaving. It was promised to me that someone will come to collect the required items, since I had cut the connection) and take them from me. but even after repeated calling from 27th Sept till Oct 2nd, no one came to collect anything.

After a year when I came back I took another connection (Phone number - 0120-4358162 Account ID- 15928970). After sometime I got a call regarding some outstanding bill amount against the last account that I had (Phone number - 0120-4206412 Account ID- 14861915). When I refused to pay, the concerned girls (I don't remember their names) told me to pay the amount for now, and that the amount will be deducted from my next bill to the existing account that I have i.e..(Phone number - 0120-4358162 Account ID- 15928970).

When i had made the full and final payment of Rs.440 (please refer to the mail sent below), I was told by those girls as well as Mr. Narendra Jain, that this amount that I would be giving to Airtel will be deducted from my next bill, effective for this month, which incidentally didn't happen. My bill for the month of Sept-Oct is Rs 994, which is the usual bill I give. That is the only reason I paid the outstanding amount.

Also I would like to remind that the outstanding bill that was also because of a negligence from Airtel's side. I was told that if I clear the outstanding amount, then it will be deducted from my next bill, since it was a mistake from the Airtel's side that the outstanding amount came.

I do not remember the name of the two girls I talked to but I do have the receipt of the payment.

That makes it TWO Times of Fake promises and Billing from Airtel's side. I am very irritated with the service.
