I am extreamly sorry to say that tuesday evening I have wasted my 3-4

hour just by calling costumer service and following there advise.

I was traing to activate internet service on my blackberry mob to

use in lap top. I tried all customer service number and they told me to

activate Rs 899 plan on my mobile,

After doing that I was trying to connect to my laptop but it was not

getting connected, no body given relevent information and atlast one person

said that in prepaid connection it is not possibe.

After confirming all these only I activated, I want to deavtivate this

service immediately and want my money back,

Actualy I cancelled my chennai trip from bangalore thinking that I can

connect it and access internet in my home,

Please call me back as I have wasted lot of money by talking to ur

costumer care executives.
