My Airtel landline no is 0120-4249470. I registered a complaint to disconnect the broadband connection in SEPT but they didn't do it and asked me that they will give me 2 months bill payment waver. But when I check my Oct month bill then there was no waver was provied. So Again I registed a compalint by dialing 198 airtel customercare. This time I strictly asked them to disconnect the connection. But they din't disconnect it. I registered 4-5 times complaint in Nov strictly asking them to disconnect the connection. But they didn't do. Again I registered a complaint in 1st Dec through customercare (198) and asked them that I will file case againt to Airtel then this time they told me that they will disconnect it. On 15 DEC they disconnected the connection. Now they are asking me for the bill payment last 2 months (NOV and DEC).
Please help me on this.
