Dear concerned,
i lt col r natarajan have a prepaid internet connection, sim no 9997006227. this is a 450 Rs plan and payment for which is reqd to be done on the 20th of each month. i have this connection since feb. i have done the last payment on 20 nov 10. however the connection never got activated. a no of complaints followed thereafter which are available in your records. i was told that a zero rental plan has got activated by mistake.
each time i give a call the customer care would assure me that the 450 plan would be activated in next 4 hrs. this never happened and thanks to the lackadaisical attitude of the airtel customer care who care no less, that i gave up since i was only given false assurances. however i now want my connection to be disconnected and my pre paid amount be reimbursed at the earliest.
