Dear Sir,

Kindly refer my below mails to Airtel, my broadband connection is not working properly. I have made several complaints but no one from airtel provided any concrete responses and my problem is still the same.

Request you to kindly intervene in the matter & get it resolved at the earliest.

For your information, no one from Airtel has visited the site yet. Your site

staff is providing misleading information.

I knew that there is a digging issue. But kindly let me know, all other DP¿s in

near by my site are working properly and connected to underground cable itself.

The DP from which my connection is restored, is also connected to underground

cable.

Now how can you close my request no 41667234?

I am really upset from this reply.

Request you to kindly call me at 9910195663 for clear understanding of my

problem.

Request you to expedite the same.

Now I request airtel to wave my minimum half month amount Rs.500/- from my

current bill.
