Getting new broadband connection

Hi,

i have applied for broadband connection with land line from airtel but still didn't get any. When filling up the form the marketing guy confirmed that with in 3-4 days i will be having the connection but it is almost 2 months now and no connection was provided. As per the offer i have paid 3months rental in advance and the money is still with Airtel. Everytime i call them they told me that it is in process or the matter has been escalated and you will get the connection in 3days and the next 3days never came. Also i need to follow up the status because untill unless you call them they never tell you or update you what is going on.

Now the most bothering situation is that, when i call them for the status, they are saying the connection is not possible, you take your money back which is totally a bullshit. As i have paid the 3months rental in advance and waited 2months so there is no sense of getting my money back. Apart from that they said if you need a money back we ll initiate and the money will be back in 8-10days. So, in all aspects the customer needs to suffer. It is a kind of intentional torture because if they knew that the connection is not possible then why they filled the form and took the money and waited me so long.

Now again, i requested them that i don't need the money as i waited so long, rather provide me the connection. As a reply they put me in indefinite hold to get the connection which is ridiculous.

I am complaining here to get a resolution to my problem. I need Airtel to take it seriously and provide me the connection at the earliest.
