I opted for a monthly rental plan of Rs.649 (taxes) of Airtel Broadband services. On recipt of the bill I saw an extra charges of Rs. 60 (tax extra) against DSL usage charges. On enquiring I came to know that DSL usage charges are charged "on request" But I never requested for the same. I kept paying the monthly bills since I couldntafford discontuance of services on accountof non-payment and having faith in the Airtel Billing Section taht tehy would make an adjustment in next bill. But despite my simultaneous effort and complaints the charges never stopped.
