I am a subscriber of Airtel for the past one year so and my number is 917897848607. My problem is that so i got a message telling that i have downloaded a Java game and an amount of Rs.50 has been deducted from my account balance. But the thing is that i have never downloaded any game or din't go to any site to download any game.. So i would like you to throw some light over this matter and tell me what the problem exactly is. Whenever i call the customer care or the complaint center, their response has been very poor and sub-standard, at times they even bluntly cut the call which is a very worrying issue.
So i would like you to look over as soon as possible and rectify this issue over the number provided and refund my amount.
