I am having airtel phone no 42463408 at C-91, Shivaji Park Punjabi bagh, new delhi. The phone is not working since 9. 5.11. Inspite of lodging complaint on 09.05 vide complaint no 46125918 and again reminding on 10/05 and again lodging complaint on 11/05 vide complaint no 46200298 and further on 13/05 vide complaint no 46344044, no body is interested and bother to resolve the complaint. In the same building another phone no 42466661 which got out of order on 09/05 has since been resolved on 13/05, but why my phone is still not working. eve the Nodal officer is not reachable. height of the things are that customer complaint e-mail address is not available any where . hence we are compeled to lodge complaint through you.
