Sub: MNP Complain Letter
Respected sir,
I am an Airtel customer now. My mobile number actually Vodafone number. I was taking first porting generate on 30/01 for change service provider Vodafone to Airtel. But, I am feeling some problem of Airte Service. Now I have decided that, I will change the Airtel service provider and I send message for Port ID (PORT 9734868423 to 1900) on 28/04 and the expiry date 12/05. The Porting number is AV796523. But Airtel company my porting number has cancelled frequently. Than I re-send message for new Porting number on 11/05 and the expiry date 12/05, The Porting number is AV796523. Than again message send for Prot on 12/05 and I was getting Port number AV555221, and the expiry date 27/05. I do not send any cancelled request message. But Airtel Company is cancelling my Porting number. I am calling to customer care 198, 121 & 1800 103 1111 but no connecting Airtel customer care. Every Porting number has been taking Airtel provider calls me and automatically request save you. Contact No. is 033- 40169400/ 9958974967/ 099- 40169711
I thing, Airtel company don’t obey the MNP rules. So, I will take complain that Airtel company is compelling me for use his won service provider.
I was requesting that kindly you take prompt action these problems.
