Overbilling without taking consent for extra services

Hi I have complaint against Airtel Broadband services. I have taken limited download internet services from airtel and used to pay Rs 660 including Tax to Airtel. But this time I received a Bill of Rs 2398. On enquiring they showed me that i have crossed my monthly download limit and so I have to pay extra fees.

My complain is that Airtel is duty bound to alert the customer, once customer exceeds their monthly plan. They have overcharged me without taking my prior consent about their services. They should inform their customer once download limit is expired and take his consent for extra billing. My airtel account No is -16336715.

Could you please file a complain regarding this and waive out my extra charges as I was not informed of the same and my prior consent is not taken for the service being offered.
