Hi

I have given for cancelation 24 hours before and i went to T Nager office to submit my land line... They are saying not accepted as it is still acctive the belive system and say go back and come after 7 days,

Why are these people sitting in the showroom A/C whole day... to have fun???

They can take the instrument and say we do the needful.

They say go to customer care 198 No

When I called them I spoke to 9 people in total and not one was kind to customer.

The lady says throw the instrument outside and go.

when i asked explanation in the counter that How many people do i have to explain the counter says we dont know.

there is no connection between the Customer Care 198 and the counter.

They call themself Airtel Group

They are very bad behaviour and T NAGAR manager says " I DONT want to HEAR your problem" for submiting the No...

My Land line No is 42125929...

If I call 198 they put me on hold for 15 min for one simple canclelation

HOW CAN WE BELIVE SUCH SERIVE.

NOW I AM SURE THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ME PAY EXTRA AND GIVE ME TROUBLE.

only my Monye and time is wasted...
