Airtel changed my monthy rental plan from Rs.649 to Rs.899 without my consent and it's been 4 months i am doing rigrous followups with them but no luck. One day an agent from Airtel came to my home, i submitted Rs. 300 to him and he gave a reciept mentioning "All dues clear", have that reciept with me. still they are asking me to pay that amount which is due their mistake. I got to know about your team from one of my colleague, requesting your help in settleing down this else these guys will escalate it ot court and i will get calls from so called laweys who even don't know how to speak with females.
