HI,

I am Saurabh Garg and I have applied for a new Airtel broadband connection on 11th of August through Shop No 54, Ground Floor, Powai Plaza, Hiranandani Gardens, Mumbai - 400076 .

After repeatedly calling for last 12 days no one has come to install Airtel broadband. No one picks up my phone; no one calls me of the delay. They have defaulted on their timelines at least 10 times.

I am considering they have fraud me of my registration payment.
