I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
Case: I filed a telephonic request to Airtel on 121 for Bill ambiguity for July. I followed it up with their official complaint email address on their
website for around two months. I had not received a single call or mail from them. Acc. to their bill, i had surfed net that amounts to Rs.13, 000 to Rs. 27, 000/day. To my surprise, total amount bill is Rs.1600 that again is much beyond my expectation. On call, it was confirmed that i have to pay only Rs.750 but again bill that received says it is Rs.1600. Same story continues with current month also. I am fed up of their services. Again i had logged a request 2541720 for bill connection and cancellation of Airtel DSL Connection No. 4131065 on Aug.19. They asked me to wait till 26 Aug. to get a revert and again this request was auto closed saying bill is correct. I am surprised how one can access nt for Rs.27000 in a single day.
Again i called Airtel and now they say that to disconnect teh connection, again log a complaint. Now they are not disconnecting my connection and offering me other plans and continously asking me to pay the bill.
