Improper money deduction, wrong information

I am using airtel internet access through my mobile on my laptop for which i recharge with Rs.98 & get 1GB valid for 1 month. But after accessing internet, airtel is deducting money from my main account aswell from my dedicated account (internet). I called 121 they say call 12118 says call 9903612118 says call 198 all r airtel customer care nos, each time i call them i have to pay, so wrong information, some how or other airtel is making money.

198 register a complaint & says it will be solved in 2days, even after 2days i m facing the problem, I call 198 again they register a complaint, but i m still facing the problem. So nothing is impossible in India, these service provider like airtel, vodafone etc some how or other way they wiil cheat their customers, otherwise how r they going to pay their staff & make profit. No busines can be prfitable without cheating their customer.
