No Response after payment of Internet Application Fees

Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been more than 2 months since i have paid the application fees along with the duly filled application form and supporting documents to the authorized personal of Airtel Broadband Services in Bangalore. After having paid the fees, there has been no response from Airtel. It was promised that the services will be provided within 2 working days but i am yet to hear from them in spite of continuous reminders and requests through their customer care executives.

Secondly, I have also received the bill for one month from Airtel for services they have still not provided to me. And whenever i have tried getting in touch with the person who has taken my application form, he has been non - cooperative and now he is asking me to communicate only through customer care services.

I request you to kindly address this issue and provide me justice.
