Needed your attention towards the below issue which is pending with artel since a month. No action is taken against the company and no notification were given to us despite of making repeatative calls and complaints registered in customer care. Every time they close the query case without informing us. In last 1 month we made around 6-7 calls for the same issue and also followed it up via mails, but sadly no move was made towards this.

While registering our grievances we have already made it cleared that without solving the query we are not going to pay the bills, but despite of that we are receiving calls for the same
here is the description of the complaint
I have down loaded my bill for the period from 17-6 to 16.7.2011 which
is for Rs. 826/-. In this connection it is stated that I have already
registered my complaint vide reference no. 2322272 which is still
pending for clearance. The main issue is that there is discrepancy in
bill amount. On perusal of details of DSL usage, it is noticed that on
3rd & 4th july excess amount on a/c of DSL usage has been shown. In
this connection it is further stated that as per my existing plan
there will be no charges from 20.00 hrs to 8.00 hrs and the timing of
down load has been shown 17.56 & 19.54. It is not understood how
withing 5 minutes huge down loading can be undertaken. It is showing 1GB of download in 4mins. There is
discrepancy on both the dates and need your attention on this point.
You may also see my past accounts where in my monthly bill is around
Rs. 495/-. Even I am unable to utilised the free calls and down
loading.
There is one more points to invite your attention that
grivances are not resolved from your end and it is closed from your
end without any intimation to customer which is not proper for a
reputed company like you.
It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and
resolve my issue and discrepancy pointed out above may be rectified at
the earliest under advice to me.
Also despite of clearing mentioning in the complaint that till this is resolved we won;t be paying the bill incuding the late fee but in this month's bill again the late fee hasbeen charged. We are ready to pay the actual usage amount. We need airtel to provide us the complte breakup of the bill.
