Hi, this is to bring to your kind notice that i called Airtel Broadband more than 5 times for the new connection of Broadband. Every time i get is only a new opportunity no. The representatives always ensure me that their executives will call me with in 3 days for the plans information and everything and new connection will be provided in next 5 days.
When i called them for the first time. The executive told me that there is some technical issue so he can not give me the ticket number but the request has been processed. I waited for next 4 days when no call came i called them again. Again i was told that with in 30 min i will get an SMS on the mobile number given, which did not turn up with any call or sms in next 5 days. I called again and got the ticket number 4869934, but again no call was made. After another 5 days, i called and got again a new tkt no 5278900 then again 1687026.. Mr. Ghanshyam ( cust care executive), on my last call on 6th Sept'11 ensured me that i will definitely get a call. I haven't got any call till now.
If Airtel is not intrested in getting new customers they should tell them directly rather than wasting their money and time. As their broardband cust care no is a land line no which is not toll free so a lot of money has wasted on make calls and no result is there till now.
