I raised a request to transfer my Airtel Broadband connection from Sector 22, Noida to Sector 34, Noida (within the city) some 15 days back. The customer care executive said it will hardly take 3 days for airtel to do this. Unfortunately, It has been 15 days and we have not got the airtel broadband working at our new place inspite of continous follow ups. I have been calling and complaining to customer care almost everyday, but they hardly care about it.
