Dear sir,

I am your broadband subscriber since 2007. My plan was Rs 499 a month with unlimited download and 100 free calls per month. I was surprised when I received bill of August and my plan was changed to Rs 650 per month without consulting me. When I inquired from customer care they said that they changed my plan with my permission but this is not true. Infact they never consulted me. When i subscribed for broaddand connection in 2007 Airtel was providing a speed of 64kbps and I was happy with it and now when airtel is providing speed of 512kbps at the same charges why should i ask them to change my plan to increse my speed secondly they told me that they are finishing that plan but my friends are still getting bill according to oldplan that is Rs499. Then why my plan is changed? Customer care executives tell me that they also try to contact me and none of my phone numbers were working but that was also not true. I am being harrased a lot. Please look into this matter. I am not ready to take this injustice. Please solve my problem otherwise i will take this matter to directorate of telecommunication.
