i want to share my problem with you all that i am old customer of airtel Broadband and satisfied also but regarding its service my experience is very horrible. i was sent a mail or called to 121 for my disconnection of broadband no.01844035512 on date 4 aug but till date my no. was not disconnected. every time someone called me and asked for rental waiver but that was also not posted in system properly. after 3 month passed my no. still in working condition and even no one bother about that. i was sent mail to every concern person but still no response from them, so i request you to all of who is thinking about new broadband connection airtel pls dont do that otherwise you will lost your money, time every thing, Air-tel Broadband service is very very poor dont chose this...
