Reactivation of my phone and internet

I was using Airtel iptv connection, later i decided to cancel Iptv because picture quality and iptv service was real bad from the standard of Airtel. I raised a request for cancellation of iptv and change of plan to broadband and internet only .they gave me 7 days to sort the problem..after that it took 2 months to cancel my iptv. I have called customer service number of times and mailed them number of times .every time they used to tell that my request is on priority. Days passed away, we were paying for iptv even though we were not using that. I have already taken tata sky connection. After cancelling iptv i came to know that my phone will be disconnected and i will not be using internet until and unless they reactivate my airtel landline number (011-43216215). I have applied for reactivation, their Representative came and colelcted the form and told me that it will get activated within 2 days... Almost 1 month passed from then and there is no response from their side.i have called them number of times and mailed them also .they used to say that my request is on priority. My request number is 5502926 .I am frustated now, my net is not working and i am not able to work. My phone is not working ..Every time they used to make some excuses and say that request is on priority ..problem is with back end ..what the hell i have to do with them... We pay them and they provide us service and infact airtel charges more than others just in name of service..But such a pathetic response..its really irritating...
