Oadband disconnection n over charge

HELLO,

I had applied for disconnecting my broadband 05224068759 internet connection on 22Aug 11 as i m moving out of town, I HAD DEPOSITED ALL THE BALANCE PAYMENT till date, BUT AGAIN EXTRA BILL 385/= CAME FOR 26 AUG TO 25 SEP WHICH I ALSO DEPOSITED ON 12-10-11AND AGAIN APPLIED FOR DISCONNECTION SAME DAY, REFERENCE NO 5548066 GIVEN FOR THAT, AFTER THAT SEVERAL CALLS FROM AIRTEL CAME ON MY MOBILE 09721936101, AND EVERY TIME I CONFIRMED TO DISCONNECT, AND THE PERSON WHO TALKED ALL CONFIRMED ME THAT DISCONNECTION PROCESS IS COMPLETE, AND U WILL BE REFUNDED EXTRA MONEY TAKEN BY AIRTEL, BUT NOW AGAIN A NEW BILL 509.52/= FOR 26 SEP TO 25 OCT HAD COME.NOW I M NOT GOING TO PAY THE EXTRA BILL AT ANY COST. I M NOT USING CONNECTION SINCE 22 AUG 11 BUT BILLS ARE COMING EVERY MONTH EVEN IF I APPLIED FOR DISCONNECTION ON 22 AUG 11.

kindly tell airtel to clear my matter or i will move to consumer forum for justice and mental harassment given to me by them.
