My telephone number is 044-42160850.For last month from (oct 5th to nov 4th of 2011) the billed amount is Rs 735.70 .I have not used Broadband in the last month due to shifting of my residence. so i have to know whether it is possible to reduce the billed amount for the last month.so kindly accept my complaint and take action as soon as possible.
