This is regarding my mobile number 9974173795 (Provider - Airtel).
I use GPRS service provided by Airtel since 6 months. Rs98 gets deducted every month in every cycle.
Today morning Dec 8th cycle was renewed at 9:15 AM and i got confirmation for the same.
At around 4:30 PM i got the message that my whole balance Rs.167 is deducted, so I called up customer care for the clarification. Called them twice times and made them understand my problem, they replied me that the balance was deducted due to the surfing. I made them understand I have free GPRS service renewed the same morning then why does the balance got deducted from main balance. They replied the cycle has got renewed at 4:00 PM.
If the cycle was renewed at 4:00 PM then why did i got message in the morning 9:15 AM about the renewable. They dont have answer for this and keep on saying that i didnt had balance between 9:15 AM to 4:00 PM.
This is the second time i am facing the same issue. On 10th Aug i faced the same prob. Me and my friends have suffered alot due to Airtel's bad services and then poor customer care services. I don't know what they pay their customer care executives for?
