I applied for an airtel connection on 12th October and paid installation fees. For one month, every time I called I was told that the connection will be installed that very day. It wasnt. I then applied for a refund. I have sent 7 complaints to airtel presence, 5 to 121@airtel, visited their relationship center 3 times, appealed 3 times, and called the airtel executive over 15 times, but I still cant get my refund.
When I email at 121@airtel, they ask me my airtel fixed landline number. How the hell do I give them my landline number when airtel never installed any connection?
Airtel presence and appellate authority is not replying.
Airtel executive is not picking up the phone.
