Inconvience caused due to delay in transfer of connection and customer care's mental harrsasment

I logged a request on 23-Jan to transfer my landline, braodband and iptv connection from my old address in gurgaon to new address in gurgaon.

Since then, I have been calling airtel daily atleast 2-3 times and every day they give me a new date & time for next day.

I have not even received a call from them updating me about status. There is only 1 SMS which says it will be done by 1-Feb.

It is still not done and now when we call the customer care, they say it is done as per their system records and we have to pay them some charge for that.

My tv, set of box all are packed in boxes. Leave the fixing of the issue, they never even called us to inform the status of our request. Plus, now they put our call on hold for 15-20 mins and then we drop off that call but they do not pick the phone back from the hold.

This all is causing a lot of inconvience and mental harassment to me & my husband.
