Not provide Broadband even after paying for new connection

On 31st Jan I contacted airtel customer care for a new broadband connection, they said that i would get the connection in 3 days, the next day the sales rep came and filled up the form and even took the first month's payment of Rs 1700 from me, but till today the connection has not been given, they just came for one cursory glance and told me that they have to fix some box, I told them to come in the evening to talk to the house owner but they just vanished and didnt return, even after making a call today the sales rep said he would come at 6pm but didint come, after again calling him he said that he told to me "he would come tommorrow". now i have asked for an refund. Dont go for Airtel guys, they are useless. my booking no is 1263238
