Frenzo services in my mobile have not been working since the 15th of March. i have contacted customer care 121 regarding this issue. i am on a prepaid plan for which i have to pay Rs98 fr 1GB free usage. the customer care say that they cannot reactivate these services. these services were deactivated without any prior request or information. i would like u to look into this matter and reactivate this service at the earliest.
