On 3rd of May I've applied for New Broadband connection through Airtel Website. And soon after submitting my request, I've recieved around 30 calls from different numbers. Every caller was saying that he/she is a genuine Airtel guy and other guys who are calling are fake. No body was even bothered to ask whether my locality is feasable enough or not for High speed broadband. Every one was asking for Rs 500/- security money.
I've never experienced such pathetic and disgusting service from any service provider ever. And I also don't understand how come a customer can give security money and documents to sales people who themselves are blaming each other. I think Airtel has gone nuts!!!
