Nonfunctional SIM for dongel

My son purchased an AITTEL 3G (HUAWEI Mobile Broadband No. CE 0682) for me at Mumbai in early March during my vacation there. On my return to Asansol I approached the AIRTEL office for changing the SIM card. I was advised to get the same changed at Sri Ganesh Agency, Asansol Bazar. I was given an alternate SIM card No. 9933788072 at a cost of Rs.750.00 although it was supposed to be free replacement. After replacement I am unable to connect to Internet as it is getting disconnected seconds after establishing connection. I am not receiving any support from the vendor nor any advice from AIRTEL.
