Delay in new connection

Dear Sir/ madam,

i have applied for new airtel broadband connection and give all required document with amount 500 through cheque, as per commitment from company connection should be done by today. but when we contact the concerned person mr pawan he told me that he is from sales i should contact technical team. when i contact technical team member mr ikbal he told me that connection will take 2-3 days more. this is the case of miss commitment. plz take necessary action.
