About very slow internet speed

Dear sir,

Am using airtel sim card with monthly 2G internet pack (EDGE). My sim no. is 9725800853

i recently activated a 2GB monthly 2G internet pack.

But when i started using internet i realised that the internet speed is very very slow then all the other service providers.

am getting only 2 to 4KB downloading speed and same as surfing speed.

in my area am getting WCDMA and HSDPA network. I use internet in my PC through a 3G netsetter.

I also complaint about it by mailing AIRTEL CC 4 to 5 times. But they ddn't give me satisfying answer infact they don't give the gentle respect to my complaint. Am getting very irritate on it because in one side we are giving more money for internet to airtel in comparision of all other service providers and they just giving 2 to 4 KB speed!!

This is not the compliment which am hopping from airtel.

so I write to you with hope of getting proper and fullfiling help.
