Hi,

I have applied for 3g Airtel dongel on 31.05.2012 from Airtel vendor and he promised me to to gave it on 1.06.2012 but he did not gave it to me on time.

when i called him many times and messaged him to cancel thee order firstly he didn't picked thee phone .later on when i talk to him in person on 04.06.2012 he refuse to cancel thee order and refuses to return my money as well as my documents.

Then i launched a complaints on Airtel on 5the June (complaint number 44000914), on 8the June i called Airtel customer care for knowing status of complaint, i got an answer theat Airtel representative tried to call me but my phone was switched off, but my phone was always ON .Then later i launched anotheer complaint on 8the June (complaint number 44060408) again when i checked its status theen i got same reply theat Airtel representative tried to call me but my phone was again switched off, i don`t know how come it is possible? My phone never gets switched off and i am getting calls all around thee world except Airtel.

Again i filed ane more complaint on 11.06.2012 (Complaint number 44109942) still i did not get any response from theeir side.

i lost money and suffering from mental Trauma from past 14 days.

I just need my money back and want to take serious action against thee Vendor for wrong commitment.
