I had called the airtel customer care for installation of wireless internet modem to my on going broadband connection. When I put up the request, I received the modem within 24 hours. After that I was told to call airtel customer care again to put up a request for the modem's configuration. After repeated calls to the customer care a person came and installed the wires and gave me a number of another person for configuration. When I called him yesterday evening he told me to remind him the next morning that he has to come and do the needful. Today morning when I called him up to remind him at 10 AM, he tells me that he will come before 12 noon. I again called him at 1 PM and he says that he will come in half an hour. At 4 PM when I called him for the 4th time he says he will come in an hour. Are these the services that are called world class services by airtel? And another thing, my request has not been completed even after all this by 5PM.
