I'm really really frustated with Airtel now. For the past several weeks, my airtel landline 01143029200 has not been working and inspite of several calls and rasing requests twice, nothing seems to have moved. The response I get every time is that there is a technical problem from the exchange. I fail to understand, how serious is this "technical problem" which is taking weeks to get resolved.
Also, the call center guys have assured me 3 times in the past 3 days that it will be resolved within 24 hours. But nothing happens.
My work is getting hampered which largely depends on broadband.
I had got my MTNL broadband disconnected to take airtel, thinking that the service would be good, but I am highly disappointed.
