Too slow for changing broadband plan

Dear sir/madam,

I have requested Airtel to change my broadband plan on 23rd September. They said that my plan will change from my next billing cycle (i.e. from 11 October). But my plan was not changed yet.

I called Airtel customer care. But their executives were talking irresponsibly. They do not have proper information regarding plan change request etc. Most of the time they says that server is down this time please call after 4 hours. At last 1 of their executive says that your plan will change in November, which is too late for me. I don't think that plan change take 2 months. Its RIDICULOUS.

I therefore request to Airtel to change my plan to Max 10 GB (Airtel/UE/FL/007) plan ASAP, otherwise please do the needful and disconnect broadband services from my place, so that i can move over to BSNL (which service is faster than Airtel).
