Unable to access mail

I've been trying to login to my mail account on www.mail.indiatimes.com since the last few days (i.e. since Jan 15) but after entering my credentials (username and password), the page just hangs and there is no progress in order to open the mailbox. There's no way I've been able to get in touch with the customercare to resolve this issue. could you kindly help?
