Dear sir,
I have ordered two consignments on M/S allayurveda.com for delivering ayurvedic medicines by paying Rs. 523/- and Rs.1126/- thru online payment mode of my bank.
I am attaching the order copy of both consignment, which they say has been delivered thru DTDC couriers from Kolkata to my place Hazira/ Surat (Gujarat) but not yet received even after >20 days of ordering, more over they are not responding against my queries/ request to send another consignment/ refund the money.
Request you to take an appropriate action to teach such suppliers a lesson and arrange to refund my money.
