Not Testing the Water TDS level, after instalation the Product

I have Purchased Aquaguard REVIVA Water Purifier on 22.6.2012. at Dwaraka Nagar .d.no.47-10-1. visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Product s.no D12-6009577.But Not Testing the water TDS level till to date, . after installation the product. I made phone call to your representative, his name is SRIKANTH &His cell no is 9848088502 several times. But there is no response.kindly rectify on on my problem
