I had ordered for a TV and Hometheatre (order no B 000009029) with benefits plus, gurgaon, india on 25 Dec and it was within 7 to 14 days the company had to deliver at the given address. However, even as on 31 Jan (after 40 days) there is no intimation regarding the despatch of the ordered items. I must have contacted their customer 18602667788 atleast about 10 times and spoken to mr monty, a lady, another gentleman at different times. Nobody could give any convincing reply for the delay which renders me to think that this is yet another online fraudster company. Ssince 20 Dec whenever I Call up they have been repeatedly assuring me that the items would be despatched the next day and still doing the same.
To cut it short, I have not recieved the items orderd till date. Interestingly, they have never bothered to inform me through email except for the confirmation fo the order on 25 Dec.
IS there any way to take a legal course on such online fraudulent company?
