I looked at a web site for online dating. I seen that benaughty had a 3 day trial period for only $2.97, so i went a head and checked it out. I used the service for the three days, but decided it wasn't for me, so i stopped useing the site. On the 4 day I checked my account and observed 3 charges from benaughty under cupidbn. info toll free in the amount of $2.97, $14.90, and $28.99. I did not ask for a monthly prescription. I contacted my bank to start an investigation and to see if there was a number to contact benaughty, the bank didn't find a phone number listed with the charges. I went back to the benaughty web site just to see how I could contact their office for the over charge, but all they have is a web site listed below as [email protected], and that site lead me to this compaint form. I will contact my back again to start a dispute, because I didn't accept any other charge nor did sign anything saying they could charge what they want when they want. I hope this letter remove benaughty off the web site for good, because they are stealing money peaple and they are getting away with it. Someone needs to stop them from stealing from other people.
