Wow! What a great company... NOT! after taking out a on line advertisement it appears that our small company entered into a ongoing automatic renewal. The fee demands then started... approx £4k the first week if we paid there and then however the following week this suddenly rose to £7k with the threat of debt collectors. we have received NO invoices or any evidence of HOW this fee has been calculated- We have never received the emailed contract and the abusive and threating calls are to say the least upsetting and unpleasant. This appears to be a scam targeted at small business. We are seeking a legal opinion and notified the bank in order to stop any money being taken, however I have notified the local trading standards and consumers help groups as this type of sharp practice needs to be stopped.whether this is legal we are yet to find out.
