I have ordered two times at www.koovs.com at the time of sale. Both the products received but cheap quality or defective or very old. Thence I returned back an order no. 688168 containing one pair of shoes with different size thorough professional courier with tracking no. KMT986614 for replacement which was received by them on 18.02.13. Since receiving of article I regularly contacting their customer care no. 08067880666 and every times they replied that you cannot replace the sale item but we will send the amount in the form of vouchers within 24 hours that have to be used within 45 days. But neither they are going to refund the amount nor replace the product. These types of cheating they are doing. I incurred total loss of Rs. 1265 by this site.
