Unlawful, illegal encroachment of Pavement

Front pavement of Priyadarshini Park on Brahma Kumaris Marg linking G T Karnal Road to Model Town (Mall Road), continue to be encroached upon by live kitchens of snacks' hawkers / fruit (juice) kiosks / stalls, mainly catering to vehicle-drinking traffic-offenders, who park their vehicles, haphazardly, unmindful of the traffic jams, such illegal parking thus causes, in the disguise of Teh-bazari, claimed to be from MCD (which could be fake / forged / unauthorised);

MCD, itself, may not be empowered legally, to allow such Teh-bazari on Park front pavement and even, many of the offending hawkers do not even have such doubtful Teh-bazari rights to encroach upon public pavements, and also pollute fresh air of the Park, for senior citizen Walkers of Gujranwala Town / Derawal Nagar and neighbouring localities;
